The meaning of Loli is to depict a sexualized underage(-looking) girl, which is inappropriate on Town of Salem. I'd advise you to stop using the term.

Loli is short for Lolicon, which in itself is short for Lolita Complex. It stems from the title of a book (Lolita) by Vladimir Nabokov, in which a middle-aged man sexually obsesses over a 12-year-old girl. Loli has since been more popularized by Manga and Anime, where it (still) generally depicts very very young looking (or just very very young) girls that are overly sexualized.

This description is so formal and doesn't fit in everyday use. The meaning of this word has long time ago evolved. There is no even list of forbidden words in this game so punishing like that and especially in this case bullshit.

A general description of a word's meaning is usually "formal". What would the word "loli" mean to you, when you think its definition has "evolved"?
