Keep in mind that everytime your thread gets replied to, it puts you back to the back of the line, since the Admins work from the bottom up. You'll have to be patient for a final verdict, since the Admins don't always have the time to reply, since they do all this in their own time.

While this was indeed a very risky play, I don't see the intention to actually gamethrow, which is what gamethrowing is. Had you actually gone AFK, that'd be a different story and the report would otherwise stay.
