I was banned for hate speech but in no way have I personally used hate speech in the game. I always use regular names in game and never use hate speech during the games that I play.

It appears to me that you were instead banned for using a racist name instead. Please keep in mind that the usage of racial slurs as a username is not permitted and may warrant a permanent ban.

I have never used racial terms while playing. My computer is open to anyone in my home so it possibly could have been a younger sibling. I know that I personally haven't used terms to offend someone while in game or when making a name in game.

I understand I am unable to account share which is why I am saying I don't always know when someone is on my account. I live with younger siblings believe me I told them not to get on my account or my games but I had no control over that in some situations. I can genuinely say I enjoy this game and would do nothing to violate the rules on purpose. I understand that I'm probably perma banned but I can't help some situations although now I can because I am living on my own. Like I said before I wouldn't purposely do, or say anything that would violate the rules in place.

Accounts are password protected, so unless you shared or saved your account password, they should not know them. You have complete control of this situation if you think about it.

Yes I understand that this is all my fault and there is no doubt I could have done something to prevent it. But my computer is open to anyone and the password I used for my account is the same as I always use so that's how I'm assuming my account was used from someone in my house is because they knew the password cause I usually keep them the same. I'm not saying this isn't my fault I take full responsibility for what has happened but I'm just asking if I can get a second chance. This game is one of my favorite games I've played and if y'all don't give me a second chance that's fine as well but I'm just saying I know what happened was my fault and I can swear it wouldn't happen again because of where I'm situated now.

If you change your password for the account, I will consider giving you a second chance and reducing the account to a suspension instead of the ban. However should it be found you're sharing your account again, it will be another permanent ban.

I'm working on it now, but I can't reset my password because my email is not the right one I use anymore. I have tried emailing the email to reset my email to the one I am using now but it does not seem to be working.
