This is not a valid suspension. Look at the situation. I was a solo medusa with 4 other people alive, and a doctor had just died to vampires. This meant with 100% certainty that it was me and 4 vampires. I was 100% guaranteed to lose, and the game was going to immediately end once I was dead. Pey even admitted it was 4 vampires. They already knew what my role was when asking me since I just killed someone. They were just asking as a formality. I shouldn't be forced to wait for the entire trial when I know for a fact the game is over. Please cut players some slack in this situation. I would never leave when I know I have a chance at still winning. I only leave if I know for a fact that I cannot win, I've already been voted up to be hanged, and no one else is going to be voted up after me.

Not true in this case. If there was someone else the vampires needed to hang after me, then yes. However, in this case, the game was guaranteed to immediately end when I died. There was nothing I could do during the day to stop the lynching, and even if I could, the absolute most I could do was take 1 of the 4 vampires out with me overnight, and I would still die in the process. No other players were affected by my leaving. You can try to be more specific, but I already know you won't be able to provide any reason why.

I've been playing this game for years, so I know when I'm in a situation like this. As mentioned, I would NEVER leave intentionally if it actually affected other players, as is your concern. PLEASE cut me some slack this one time. I won't leave again even in a situation like this I guess, even though it's really just a waste of my time to have to wait for the game to end.
