Inappropriate username

My account as just been suspended for inappropriate username. The problem I have with this is that my username is virtualgamer3441. I was wondering if a player reported me for this or if the game/operator did. I would prefer if admins can run this through their logs. If possible, please make sure usernames are truly unappropriated before doing so.
Another thing, sometimes I have a name as "Loli" for my name in games where you can type it in. Loli is a term not for inappropriate use. Loli means "Young kid". If this is known as inappropriate, could you please make sure it isn't? I prefer is being suspended was for actually inappropriate names.
