Guilty Charge Removal

Hi,
I just found the trial system on ToS so i was wondering if I could get the guilty charge removed (if possible??). I was charged for spamming when I was the Jester, and yes I did spam. I was new to the game, and didn't understand that was bad, since then, my record has been almost completely clean except for a Game throwing charge that was closed without judgement. Again not really sure how the system works all that well, I do know that having this on my record is bad so if it's possible to remove it or have it changed to closed without judgement that would be nice.
