Account Hacked

My account has recently been permanently banned for hate speech/ harassment. I logged into my account and used the trial bot to show me my history, and the most recent games were played by someone other than me. I googled to see if ToS got hacked, and this link came up (https://www.forbes.com/sites/daveywinde ... sed-data/#). I changed my password immediately after reading this earlier. I have so much invested into this account: so many coins, skins, gameplay hours, and rank. I achieved the maximum rank and I would never do anything to throw that away. Please help me resolve this.

Note: the cited games for hate speech was all done by the name "Lana" and they spammed the same message. It was explicitly clear they were trying to get my account banned. Please i beg you dont remove all my investment into this game.

These are the matches that got me banned.

The other games the trial bot listed were old ones where i already served my punishment. And that one punishment made me reformed. I have not been offensive since then, I have too much invested into this account.

Another note:

Reading through the reports again, there's actually another account in the match spamming the EXACT same messages. This is clearly a case of hacked accounts.

The data breach happened in late December, and was announced early January, both on the forums and via Email, at least it was supposed to be like that.
I currently cannot verify that you've changed your password, but this will be looked into.

How long should I expect the wait to be?

Also, should I post photo verification of my password change?

Since it's clear there are many cases of other people being hacked and banned, has anyone been unbanned yet?

I beleive there were a few. The process can take some time especially becuase there are a few sources to check, which only a few of us got access to.

It feels quite pathetic if it has already been acknowledged that my account, and other's as well, were hacked and they have to wait to resolve the problem. The bump system is completely stupid then too. I would prefer feedback on the process, not left wondering indefinitely if my case got shelved or not. Is there an email i can send a message to? It seems like this appeals system is terrible.
