Ban Appealing

Hello, it is I again.

I was hoping to get a ban appeal, although this wish being denied previously. I understand everything I have done is under my own control, my responsibility, why I was banned in the first place, but I wish to appeal this. I understand that there is no reason for you to not deny this appeal but please hear me out.

Well over a year ago, I did something horrendous, something I'm not proud of whatsoever. It was racist, belittling and right out rude. I wish to apologise in the best way I can, and only way through this heartfelt message. This is why I ask if there is any possible way to appeal my ban? I decided to wait this long in order to be able to reflect on my words, and give myself a greater opportunity to reflect as a person. I understand everything I did to get this ban. It was unfair on their social group which should not be tolerated.

I have spent well over 100 hours into this game, and it was always so much fun when I had the time to play. This is why I made many purchases to the game, including buying the Coven pack. All I request is that I am able to use the various cosmetics and purchases made once more.

Please consider this ban appeal, I know what I did was horrific and racist, but I feel as if I have truly changed. I would never speak down about someone because it empowers myself, it is wrong, and unfair.

Thank you to whom may be reading this message, if there is absolutely anyway possible to get my account unbanned, I would be forever grateful. I miss this game so much. The memories I have gained playing one of my favourite games has been truly heartwarming and I hope to, with your approval, start to playing one of my favourite games once more.

Is there anyway whatsoever to appeal my ban? I beg, the time and money spent into the game cannot go wasted. I loved this game. It has been a year and a half now since this ban, and I as a person have changed I believe. I'm not the same person when I got that ban. I just find it somewhat unfair that I was banned and can no longer get my time and money back. Please, please look into this, I just want to have the account back so I can continue to play one of my favourite games.

But I don't understand why that said account cannot come back. If I am being allowed a new account, you are robbing me of everything I had on my previous account. Is there anyway whatsoever to get that account back? It is quite unfair that I had spent real money on a game I enjoyed, but can no longer get back. Just please consider, I would do anything.
