Is it true that if a target is killed by an SK the same night they are investigated, then to a lookout, the investigator appears first, and then the SK?

Visits on a lookout are random.I believe the order of mafia visits for spy used to be ordered as well,but they changed that.

That is correct. There was once a pattern in spy visits, lo visits and voting, but not anymore, now its randomized to not give any information.

You mean that when someone was put on stand,whoever voted in no/guilty would be listed based on their role?

The order of the displayed result did give hints about their role indeed. For example would have been the Werewolf the last ones of a displayed vote.
