Not receiving password reset link

I've gone through all the steps to make a new password. Times 2. Maybe 3? I haven't received the password reset link but I did receive the temp password to get in and play.
I simply want to change my password from the temp one that I'll never remember....honestly
Yes, I checked my spam mail. Yes, I waited. Yes, I logged out and back in....what else is there? It really shouldn't be tks difficult!

By the page you've used, usually.
I'll forward this. In the meantime you could check, if you could whitelist the BMG-domain, as some provider somehow have it blacklisted.

I'm having the exact same problem today, done all the things and whitelisted but still nothing. I'm pretty sure it's a problem with the actual site/coding instead of the email domains, as filling out the form and pressing the button seems to just refresh the page instead of actually sending anything through. The "Recover my password" on the main login on bmg.com doesn't work either
