Banned Before Novemeber

Hello,

Seeing as I cannot appeal a ban prior to November, what other options would I have? Would I be able to create a new account and continue playing (of course, assuming I abide by all the community rules)?

I am also curious as to why such bans may not be appealed?

Yes, you are free to get another account and play again on that one. Since the move to pay-2-play accounts are banned, not players.

I think the reasoning behind the bans not getting appealed is a combo of the move to pay-2-play and the botters that all got banned prior to november, I think they had to draw a line in the sand so as to not risk appealing botter accounts. Of course, this part is mere personal speculation.
