My Account Has Been Frozen?

I Had a town of salem account before i accidentaly linked it to my friends steam (which he refunded town of salem) and i just recently tried to start playing again but my account is frozen, fix?

The account was forzen due to the game your account is linked to being refunded.
To fix this you could/should rebuy it on Steam and link it (or ask your friend to do so).
