Is using a "Swast*** symbol" in a will considered hate speech?

Also how about names like?

Active Shooter
Hail Hydra
Apple

Also posting information like this in wills illegal under rules?

Just curious between the line of HS/H because I notice usually the name Hail Hydra, andSwastika symbol without hate speech in chat doesn't get punished by trial system but it takes something really offensive.

Well to answer apple is also a slur used towards certain people, though I assume it would depend the context it's used in such as a name vs directing it at someone?

Usually these days it's all about the N* word, no one talks about the rest.

I'm just curious to how aggressive the HS/H system is because the other night I got a bit wasted it didn't go so well, and just asking based off seeing a couple of other reports that got closed if some of the names are punish worthy, or the swastika symbol in general.

Edit: Also in some games posting something such as "Smoking Weed" in World OF Warcraft would get you warned or suspended / muted by GM immediately because its a reference to illegal substance. (Well in some states.)

Yeah it would need context and even then jurors/Judges would need to be informed that "apple" is being used in a racial context for it to be punished.

Swastika is a guilty on juror level of Trial System then when it goes in front of Judges it will be guilty or inno'd depending on the context of it.

Town Rapist is automatically guilty.

Active Shooter would require context for a guilty.

Hail Hydra would be inno'd by jurors since it's a Marvel reference.

Apple would be inno'd by jurors as a name. If a person is using it as a slur like stated before, the report will be duped under Hate Speech/Harassment and guilty that way.
