LAGGING - Anyone Have Any Solutions?

I got a new Dell laptop for Christmas and love playing TOS on it. In the past, when I've played TOS on this computer, it'll occasionally lag but the lag will catch back up. However, this morning, my games have been lagging so hard that the lag is actually game-breaking.

The timer will count down to 0 and then everything will freeze. Nothing I do helps, and I'm forced to leave the game. Because of it, I've lost 30 elo in ranked just this morning, and I've been reported already for leaving (which sucks).

I'm not sure if it's a game thing or if it's a my computer thing. Does anyone have any suggestions? TOS is my favorite regularly played game, and I hate not being able to play it. I also fear someone might try to get me banned because of this lag. Thanks in advance.

1.Make sure your computer has alot of space free
2.Internet Connections, be close to your internet, how good is your internet? try to get a direct connection to it through wire
3.I suggest to switch to PC, it is better than laptop for games.

Which browser are you using?
Is your adobe Flash player up to date?

using chrome? Mine does the same.....counts down to 0 then freezes

I could suggest to change the browser and check if this helped.
