Account not grandfathered i n

For my account eraz99 i have to pay for premium, even though i used to play a lot on in 2 years ago. Why wasnt my account grandfathered in?

Accounts that were deemed as inactive, as in having not having played for around a year.

can it be regrandfathered in? cause my friend hadnt played in 2 years either and his account worked

Could it be that your frien d made an ingame purchase, or uses the Steamversion of the game?
