Hey guys,

My account was frozen for some reason. It said that I had a refund on steam, but I did not. I just wanted to ask a question here for help. I did not refund my account on steam, and I have heard from others that you cant refund town of salem after 10 days. Can I please get my account unfrozen? I can verify with email.

Once you repurchase the game on the same Steam account, the freeze will be automatically removed. There is no other option for this, since accounts cannot get frozen unless they refunded the game.
