Question about getting into games

Hi! I got this game years ago, and I currently have the web premium on my account. I play on browser.
When I try to log into a game, I get kicked out automatically with an abnormal disconnection message. most times I cant even make it to the actual game part before I get kicked. This has been happening for a very long time. I have cleared all of my browser data, and I've tried changing my password. As far as I know, I haven't been banned since I have never received a message about that, but this has been happening for months.

This is sadly a bane that happens and the possible sources are many and hard to track. I can recommend, if not yet done, to use a wired connection.
That aside have I heard that some older routers spectrum provides might have some troubles with ToS, yet the data is a bit old when it was gathered.
