My 6-year account was completely banned for playing with a racist nick. I admit, I was wrong, what I did was completely wrong, I've never done it before, I was just bored for that moment and wanted to have a common nickname with the people in the game. But isn't it too harsh to be banned forever without warning or other term punishment? Is there a way to remove the eternal ban?
