What happens to the weekly rewards once you have everything?

Say an account has everything in the game (including 30 of every scroll): What would the weekly reward thing do? Is there a message that says you have everything or does it just stop until you spend a scroll and/or taunt? Has anyone ever done this? Is anyone else a nerd for "100% complete easter eggs" like this?

Is there a cap on taunts though? If so, I mean an account having EVERYTHING
