I played one game and now it is making me pay

I logged onto my account that was made before the switch to paying to play and I was able to log on and play one game and I went to play another game and it is now asking me to pay. Help?

Your account was created almost 2 years after the game switched to pay 2 play. It also has 12 games played.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
