Can play due to “cheating”?

Last time I played, I played on my computer. I tried logging into mobile, but it won’t allow me to play due to “cheating”? I don’t understand why it’s like that. I wanted to see if it could be fixed since I have paid so much for in game stuff.

they have 1 report and its guilty (but archived), would that mean its only a suspension and not a ban?

Because its cheating I think its insta-ban isnt it? (Depending on what you did)

Cheating isn't usually perma-ban if it isn't your 4th guilted report, but HS/H can depending on what the reported user said.

Yeah, but the report for cheating should've been innoed and replaced with HS/H.

so it was suspended? then he logged in 5 days ago, and the suspension wore off
