The Witch wins, since they can just control the Vigi into themselves

I think Witch always wins in a 1v1 against a Town unless it's against a Mayor or a Jailor with executions, but I'm not sure.

The stalemate detector always continues the game if there's a Vigi with bullets alive

The Wiki also says that Witch wins in a 1v1 against a Vigi without bullets

I'm pretty sure that this extends to other Town roles that can't counter the Witch as well

If vigi has no bullets, I'm pretty sure the witch loses. I know that if the other town is a doctor, then town wins, since that's what happened in one of my games (there was an exe, witch, dying vigi, and doc, and when the vigi died the game automatically gave town the win).

Nope, witch loses a 1v1 unless its against a vigi

I was vet, witch though I was vigi and basically threw the game, I won

I was exe, witch got a 1v1 vs trans, town won

I was witch, vet and ww caused me to get into a 1v1 against invest and I lost

The Witch can only win when the whole town is dead, so the only way the Witch can win a 1 vs 1 is if its against a Vigilante who can still shoot. Not sure if the win is given, if the Vigi is in their guilt state.

Like escort/jailor with no exes vs killing role

Vet vs ww

Trans vs killing role (except mafioso)
