Basically here's the premise: (idk maybe someone more informed can make this argument)
But anyways, the unstoppable force is an "exception" to the jailor's abilities. They basically override the fact that their target is jailed.
This is because Jailor has UNSTOPPABLE attack, and Juggernaut also has UNSTOPPABLE attack. They both have the same attack value, and therefore they are both able to attack and kill a jailed target.
Well, Jailor would go through jail anyway, since their attack indirect. Juggernaut can attack through jail, because jail only gives you Powerful defense from direct attacks. The definition of an Unstoppable attack is that it can go through Powerful defense, but not Invincible defense. Of course, you could just say Unstoppable attack goes through all defenses, but it's simpler to say all defenses give Powerful defense and not Invincible defense rather than giving Unstoppable attacks an exception. For example, you could say Doctor protects from all attacks except for Unstoppable attacks, but it's simpler to say Doctor gives you Powerful defense and makes more sense than giving Unstoppable attacks an exception.
