Is there a way to merge two accounts?

I joined fairly recently. I had a free account which cannot play because it was made a few months ago. I used it to see what the game was like before I bought it. However, I used a main username on it.

Afterwards, I bought the Steam version, and forgot I had a free account. I was frustrated that someone took my username that isn't a word nor a combination of words, and created a new account.

Is there a way to transfer the details of my Steam account to the web account? Or just merge the accounts?

(And is there someone to contact, if it's possible to merge accs?)
