Change email associated with account

Hi, I haven't played the game in a while, and when I tried to log in I was told to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email I used to register the account. Is there a way I can change the email associated with the account? (I've successfully logged into the forum to post this, I just can't access the game without a reset).

Hi there!

In order to change your email, you need to email the Developers from your current email that you use (not the one you don't have access to). Please open a support ticket by emailing them via;
support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com

Be sure to include your username, your old email, your current email (or an email you'd like to change it to) and proof that you own the account. (Such as a receipt purchase, etc.)
