CHANGE E-MAIL

Hi, this is an account created before 2019 and it says i had to reset my password but guess what, the e-mail on this account is banned and i cant acces it , i can log in here because i still know the password..even if i was logging in with facebook...i tried on https://blankmediagames.zendesk.com/acc ... henticated but it doesn't help me at all, like i can't connect and all it does , just says it send a reset for password but on that e-mail that i can't acces, so i really want to change it

I said that it doesn't help me, i put the link too , i already tried but i can't connect because it says the email or the password is incorrect and i don't know why

Have you emailed the support? Did you provide them with your facebook account for proof that the account in question belongs to you?

Doing it via forum thread is not a way to change the mail, btw.
When you mailed the support address, please wait for a reply.
