Email Change

i have closed/deleted microsoft accout long time ago that i create account with TOS. now i can login to forum but can not login to game.
it says "you must reset your password before playing" password request email will be sent to email that im not using right now. it seems like its reactivated by hacker/bot or something else. i just told tos to change my email. but they wont

why did not you put a "email change" button on forum account settings?
