Support TEAM!

I sended everything needed information to support team for reset password but they dont respond for 2 days.I can't reset my password because this error i got "THE GIVEN EMAIL COULD NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH A TOWN OF SALEM ACCOUNT." I hope anyone from support see this post and tell me why they don't want to help me?

We don't have a "support team", we have a community manager. A response to the support e-mail is generally done within 3-5 working days. In normal circumstances, this is quicker, but due to the large amount of incoming e-mails, it can be a bit longer. You will have to be patient.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
You may PM me for clarifications on appeal verdicts, but keep in mind the verdict will not change.

I sended e-mails 7 days ago but still no reply.Sorry only respond is automatic unnecessary message.Sorry i have bad english.I can't explain my problem very well.
