We don't have a "support team", we have a community manager. A response to the support e-mail is generally done within 3-5 working days. In normal circumstances, this is quicker, but due to the large amount of incoming e-mails, it can be a bit longer. You will have to be patient.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
You may PM me for clarifications on appeal verdicts, but keep in mind the verdict will not change.
