Why are themes even allowed anymore?

I mean, I would really like to. There have been many lobbies I have went into where I have been lynched day 1 because I didn't do their stupid theme. Or entered in the lobby to late where I couldn't possibly know what the theme is. I really fucking hate these people who do this and am posting this now because I just wasted a scroll on this shit to be random lynched. My latest game I saw right through their shit and just left on the stand as I had already given my night 1 will at the beginning of day 2 and clearly nothing was going to change their mind, considering that the only lead they had was saying "LYNCH ______"

Themes are allowed as long as they follow the rules, as we cannot stop players from doing it anyway. I for myself am usually not following those.
Lynching an other player for their name or their customisation specifically can be considered harassment though. Yet it would be too light to have one offense in that direction be enough for a suspension.
