Can a player whose will was forged be suspended due to what the forger put in the forgery?

The forged player would not be suspended in this instance. If there was something in the forged will that broke the rules, then the Forger themselves would get suspended or banned.

That's what I thought. The Forger who forged my will made it say "I'm a gamethrowing escort! Everybody report me!" when I roleblocked an unconfirmed Doctor. Does that constitute inciting false reporting?

Not necessarily, no, since the forger might have honestly believed you to be gamethrowing. False reporting would be like saying someone whispered you something racist, when they never did.

To make Flavors example a bit more general: False reporting would be claiming that a player did stuff that was clearly not done and to have that player be reported. When there is a chance that it was genuine believal, it might not fall under false reporting. Your given example would seem to be more in the direction of harassment/false reporting though, since this way the forger made you "admit" to a rulebreak.

I mean... I quite often purposely RB confirmed doctors (in ALL Any), to keep them from healing the poisoned guy who refused to claim (and is usually mafia/vampire).

So telling the players to report for RBing a doc, would be inciting false reports? Obviously the player would need a history of inciting tho?

The Forger KNEW I was not gamethrowing and knew I had no idea they were Doctor.

Then the following day he literally said:
