hello, what are the lenghts of the bans?

For non-instant permban reports, the tiers are:
1 guilty = 1 day
2 guilties = 3 days
3 guilties = 1 week
4 guilties = permanent.

For instant permbans, it's just that, permanent.

Guilty reports no longer expire, so once banned, if the reports are valid, there won't be an unban. But we no longer punish ban evading, so people are welcome to return with a new account.

well currently i got 3 guilties but i am already banned for 10 days. i guess it would be the end of 3 years of game fun?

If the game doesn't show a timer upon login, you are permanently banned. And digging further: Looking at your Appeal, you are indeed permanently banned and your appeal got denied.
