So basically a used a veteran scroll. It took a lot of games to actually work, but once it finally did, the jailer kept me in jail for 3 nights and exed me on the third night, just because they "Didn't like me". I also successfully baited beforehand and got attacked in jail the first two nights. Is it possible to get 800 coins in compensation?

I apologize that this Jailor ruined the game for you simply because he "didn't like you", however compensations such as these are not handed out by Developers and cannot be handed out by staff.

Adding to it, even if you report the jailor, they will not be punished. That is the ToS you have to live with, my friend. Better luck in the future, consider playing higher elo ranked games, at least people know most rules there and all that matters is their (in)ability to make reasonable assumptions and decisions.
