Cannot Change Password

Yes, I read the FAQ on how to change my password, and I followed the directions. Filling in all the fields (and checking for typos) led me to this screen: https://i.imgur.com/UHMPpp2.png

EDIT: I tried entering an old email address I previously had associated with this account, and that seemed to successfully send a password request email. However, there are two issues: a.) I now have a different email address associated with this account, as checked in account settings, and b.) I no longer have access to the original account.

Changing the mailaddress on the forums doesn't change the associated mailaddress to the game account. The devs would be able to change the address You can email them to change your password using info@blankmediagames.com, but they currently have a very high response time (around 3. weeks atm). If you do not send it from the associated mailaddress, you should provide some proof, that the account you'd like to have the address changed of really belongs to you, which the old emailaddress could count to.
