When will the season end?

There's no estimated date yet, but it will not be before Unity is fully rolled out on all platforms and the Devs have worked on some balance changes.

The elo formula already calculates with the ELO of the others. There are currently no plans to add the NB slot again.
The Ret is on the list for a rework, I beleive the Spy is not, especially becuase it was one of the lastest reworks that have come out.

Is there a place we can find more information about these changes? I tried googling it and searching here on forum and the latest update I found was from... June of this year... so yeah, no idea where to find it. Also is there a date for when are these changed going to be implemented?

There is no public list of that I know which contains the potential changes that are going to be looked into.

Imo a season change should be at least 3/4 times in a year, because its called a season. And second I think that a rank should be updated more common, when you are at master-rank and have to play as silver icon for so many time, it doesnt feel rewarding.
I think with the thign ive said just now will also get more players to be more active in the game.
Why does a season ending has to be compared with updates? Cant it be just the end of a season for only elo?

Each season should bring something new to the game, so that each season can be treated a bit differently. That is a decision made by the devs and they will go for that. There are games in which a season is a week, there are in which a season is a year, so the definition of "season" is a bit vague in general.
