So i asked for appeal but u refused for some reason , anyway screw my account and all my skins ,
now i want to ask i bought town of salem on steam with Coven DLC ,do i still get access to Coven through steam with other accounts or coven is bound to my banned account ?

Coven on Steam is bound to the account you've linked with Steam.

Unfortunately you cannot. Just as you can't unlink your Steam to your account if you owned Steam and linked it, you cannot do this with Coven, as Coven is a DLC and account-bound. When you got banned, you lost all rights to your previous content on your account. You will have to repurchase Coven if you would like to play it again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
