How do I change my lobby icon into the icon of my Ranked elo on browser version?

For example, some people have a silver or golden "trophy icon".

at the end of every season they are given out. you will find them in the same menu you change your house and preset name.

Also worthy of noting that certain icons are limited edition to the season they were rewarded at.

Each icon is limited to the season, there are different icons for each season.
You can change your lobby icon by going in your customisation settings, but can only choose from the available ones. Since the current season lasts quite long, it could be that you did not witness the end of a season, yet, thus have no icon available for now.

Once the developers finish the Unity port, they'll get back to working on other stuff and might finally end Ranked Season 4. Once that happens, they'll probably release a new set of Ranked Lobby Icons, and possibly some other rewards.

So you have until then to work your way up the ladder
