Is there a way to access all the games data to make some statistics?

What exactly do you mean? The whol data that is stored on the server, or your own?

I wanted to make a statistics about n1, the most attacked positions and names.

I was wondering if it is possible to have those information in some formats, json, csv, db backups, xml.

Since there is no matchhistory atm, I doubt that this data is fully saved. The only thing that kind of counts like a matchhistory would be the reports of games, yet those reports may not contain every performed action, nor will a report from every played game be generated.
