Account Frozen

I purchased Town of Salem and my account is frozen despite having it on my steam account. I may have linked the Town of salem account to another steam account but that account is no longer in my possession. Can anyone help me with this issue?

May I know why that other account would not be in your possession anymore?

That account has been hijacked and has a ban, quite a long time ago (2016). The account now is restricted due to the hijackers using the account to commit fraud.

If you send us an email at Info@BlankMediaGames.com with your username, and a link to both Steam profiles, from the email used to create the game account we should be able to get you fixed up.

How long does it usually take for the staff to acknowledge the email?

After you've replied to the automated e-mail you receive after e-mailing them the first time, it takes 3-5 working days.

I double checked the email and can confirm that I had reply to the automatic email.
