The person who handled my appeal didn't seem to know

So..my appeal was handled badly.

When I log in it says I was banned for hate speech and harrassment. Which I would love to appeal because i didn't do anything of the sort.

However the person handling my appeal said it wasn't about hate speech but about gamethrowing...and cited a 2 year old report that I had received a suspension for. The suspension wasl ifted after three days. And he thinks that my current ban is about that. But it doesn't say that when I log in.

But they've locked the thread. Can someone more competent handle my appeal as I have spent money on this game and the expansion and I never ever ever ever used hate speech or ever harrassed anyone. I've replied to harrassment in snarky ways but never have targeted people for harrassment. This is getting ridiculous.
