My forum account got deleted. Any way I can get it back?

I'm asking this from a different account. My previous forum account got deleted due to inactivity. However, I can log into Town of Salem and play it normally. Is there anything I can do to get my forum account back? E-mailing the support doesn't seem to be doing anything.
