You will need to contact
support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com and provide them with a copy of your Steam purchase receipt (Steam > Help > Steam Support > Purchases > View complete purchasing history > Town of Salem) and let them know you don't remember your e-mailaddress. They can help you reset your e-mailaddress, at which point you can reset your password.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
