Can Town Traitor Retributionist use Mafia roles?

I've been wondering this, can he?
I don't think these buffs destroy the purpose of TT. Like, not every role gets TT Buffs, and roles like Jailor/Vigilante/Retributionist kind of need. (just how Jailor and vig already have)

Town Traitor Retributionist can't use the TT, because there can only be one TT in a game and in this case that's the Retributionist.

I don't think Retributionist can be TT. Correct me if I am wrong, I think it may have changed to allow it to be tt.

Retributionist was unable to become the Traitor prior to patch 3.2.4, which was the update that reworked the role entirely. They are now able to become the Traitor.
