I sent my email that i cannot change password to devs 4.01.2020. Its already 20th january. What the hell is wrong with ur community manager? So, can u give me info about how long this shit will go on?

That your mail might not have been skipped, or the reply to your reply was not received.

My bad, missed that.
@OP: I checked back with our community manager, but according to him is there no mail of that sort, so I ask you to mail him again. Afaik is the auto reply deactivated, so you do not need to reply to a message anymore.

Well, he answered me that i can change password now. But with that now I can enter ToS with my old password. Im a bit frustrated... And where can i find that page with password reset? Cuz im Steam user and there is no "I forgot password" option, u just log in through Steam.
