Executioner + SK + Godfather = No Auto-Win?

Why is that?

I heard that in SK Vs. Godfather, SK wins. Why does Executioner matter? Or is it up to the Executioner to be the deciding vote to win?
Always called Vinyl Scratch these days.

I enjoy playing Town of Salem, but will never risk a ban to do what others think is right that I know is wrong.

Yes. With another player involved, it is not considered a stalemate between Godfather and Serial Killer anymore; which gives the win the serial killer because of SK's lower chance of winning.
I love to play video games, draw, and bug people.
Dobby calls me a dork, Shelboo is my ghosty buddy, and I bug Naru and TurdPile because it's fun

The stalemate detector only gets triggered when there are two players alive and their roles match a predefined matchup, when there are more players, it won't be triggered as voting is a thing.

I tend to write small stories into my will and dislike Forgers and Janitors for removing them.

If you see a Grim Reaper called 'Zoroark', know that you might have encountered me.
