[GAME] Why didn't my referral point count?

As of July 22nd, 2015, for referral points to count, those you refer must make a real life currency purchase related to the game. Examples of this are purchasing the Steam version, town points, or cosmetic bundles.
Should doing this not cause the point to count, having your referred friend play 10 games is a good idea, as that was the old method. However, it is not this or that, a purchase MUST be made.
