Bug Fixes:
* Adding default lobby icon for forum account users (this will show up when servers restart)
* Crash fixes
* Added end game check for Mafioso vs SerialKiller
* Jailor now gets a message telling them they can't execute anymore when they execute a town member
* Added lots of new special character handling for Facebook names
* Fixed Witch/Transporter night menu buttons
* Day menu button wont be removed until night starts now
