does amne not win by surviving anymore? i was unfortunately unable to get screenshots but i had a mafia win today where an amnesiac survived with us but didn't show up on the "x, y, and z have won" list

Amnesiac never won if they didn't take a role. They need to choose a role to win.

im not sure about that.

Ive had some games where amnesiac wins by themselves without choosing a role (example when u encounter arson and ww combo and amne is left alive).

You can check with devs if ya want.

If your talking about the TOS homepage, im pretty sure that wouldn't be there over all this time. But i haven't been on TOS in a while, too busy.

I know for a fact that Amnesiac is a survivor without vests if they do not choose a role.

They changed it. You have to choose a role.

I always felt that improper conduct could come back to bite the player significantly in Town of Salem.

Now it's bound to do so.

Hopefully, this should cut down on people who cheat, people who gamethrow and people who lynch someone simply because they did not like their name.

Those particular cases tend to make me rather unhappy, because names are only names in my opinion.

Not to mention, we can't always get what we want.

People may dislike how the game was set up, or the role that they got, but that is no excuse for them to leave in my personal opinion. That's another thing that makes me unhappy.

Here's a small list of what's new;

No more double Mafioso in Ranked
ELO is fixed.
Multiple Steam Bugs fixed (Assuming this would cover the unintentional houses, etc listed in Steam, as well as 'Forger')
Confirmed Steam Exit Button is back
New Ranked Role list

I just joined a ranked game, and the role list seems to not have changed.

The steam exit button appears in the options window if you're using the client. It's kind-of badly placed in my opinion.

The Mafioso was there some time before 1.1.1 though.

It was there, then replaced with Random Mafia, now back with Random Mafia fixed to not roll Mafioso again.

ELO was fixed, so yes, it was reset yet again.

My ELO wasn't reset. Also my win/loss counter is still bugged. It shows 21 Wins, "-16" Losses.

I won a game and went to 22 Wins, "-18" losses.

Yes that's negative 18.
