imo brawl, despite being not good competitively, is the best all round.

also ultimate is just bad
well made, sure
but for the "ultimate" smash bros game it sure is missing alot
not even pokefloats is in it for a game which costs like £100 with dlc
the story mode is cheap and slow with fights almost always being a landslide or unfair
the balancing is okay but most of the "annoying" characters are top or high tiers so that isnt fun

in conclusions: play rivals lmao

more characters isnt neccesarily better
and sm4sh>64>ultimate/melee>brawl
now that i think about it smash is flawed in like every game
which makes sense since donkey kong hasnt changed

at low level competitive play its pretty garbo too
the thing about brawl is its great casually but slower and following melee with slower gameplay wasnt the play
tripping is as bad as melee turnaround
