The best game to troll

I've been thinking that ToS is one of the best possible games for trolls because:
-They can troll up to 14 players per game.
-A single troll can have a huge impact in the game and no one can do anything about it until it's too late.
-Since the game is chat-based, trolls can get more reactions from their victims, and players are forced to read whatever the troll says in order to get to the important information (of course, they can mute the troll).
-A troll can get away with pretty much anything, even if it's blatant. And even if he is punished, it will take several days before he is banned. And after that he can make a new account for free on mobile.

Can you think of a better game for trolling? I assume it has to be either something with real money involved or something when you can ruin months/years of other people's work, but I don't know many games.

in one of the games i play the concept just doesnt work in such a way that you can extend how long a game is tenfold by yourself and have nothing done
then you can do it to the same 23 players again
i think thats pretty bad troll wise

I thought so, but people can play offline or use some commands so their stuff isn't broken, right? They aren't completely defenseless.

Also, the Habbo thing was pretty funny. Did the pool have any sort of importance?
