THE ULTIMATE SPY HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY
Commencing execution....

The Ultimate Spy is dragged in the room, blindfolded.
Medikuma takes off the blindfold, revealing a black room. Nothing eye-catching is anywhere in the room.
Medikuma takes a poison and places it on the table.
"You know what this does, don't you XXX?" he says, with his characteristic grin on his face.
XXX gulps, knowing too well that it's the poison he used to kill the Ultimate Martial Artist.
Medikuma forces the poison down the throat.
After a while, the symptoms occur. The spy knows he's close to death.
"No, not YET! That's way too fast! You're ruining the fun!" Medikuma yells at him.
Opening the spy's mouth, he forces to the high schooler to regurgitate the poison, expelling it from his body.
"What a mess.... I'll have to clean that later. Do I have the budget for that...?" Medikuma thinks aloud.
The spy is a mess, with eyes begging to leave this endless torture.
"It seems the medicine didn't work... time for a second dose!" Medikuma gleefully says.
A same-sized dose gets shoved down his throat, and the symptoms occur again. Pain. Blurred eyes. The spy thinks that he's begging for Medikuma to just let him die, to not have to repeat this torture. In his state, he couldn't really tell.
Medikuma just shakes his head.

The Ultimate Investigator has been found guilty. Commencing Execution...

Key to the Investigation

He is locked in an empty classroom with nothing but his investigatory skills, desks and chairs. Monokuma is heard over the speaker; "Find yourself a way out of this! Upupupup...". The walls begin closing in on him. He frantically searches all the desks and for any clue on how to get out. All he finds is a knife. He stabs into the door repeatedly, desperately wanting to escape. "Upupupup, didn't find anything did you? Here's a clue then." Monokuma flashes an x-ray picture of the investigator's body showing a small object in the stomach region. He has no choice, he stabs himself in the stomach over and over again to get what looks to be a key. His constant stabbing makes a big gaping hole in his stomach as it floods with blood and bile. He reaches his hand in there and rummages through his insides, pulling out his guts just to get such a little object. He forgets about the walls closing in as it crushes his skull and bones like little toothpicks. Monokuma enters the room as it retracts revealing the crushed, flattened remains of what used to be the class' top detective; he then picks up the key and puts it in the doorknob. "Huh? This isn't even the right key... Oh well".

Alright, here's my attempt. I did come up with another idea that was rather more bloody, but this is the one I worked on most. Hope it's up to your standards.

Congratulations! You have found Ayumi, the Ultimate Runner, guilty!

Commencing Execution...

TIPS ON STAYING AHEAD OF THE PACK!

Ayumi finds herself in a huge stadium, the seats lined with cheering Monokumas. Looking around, she realises she is on a running track, as if ready to begin a race. Another, larger Monokuma in an official-looking suit appears at the side of the track, along with several more on either side of the Runner, all dressed in racing outfits and armed with various weapons. The large Monokuma lifts a gun and Ayumi flinches, expecting to be shot, only for the gun to lift into the air.
"Upupupu....3, 2, 1, GO!"
The gun goes off and her instincts kick in as she begins to run, soon leaving the blood-thirsty Monokumas far behind her. As adrenaline surges with every pounding of her feet against the track, the Ultimate Runner starts laughing when the finish line comes into sight, turning to look at the trailing Monokumas with a confident smirk. She's so focussed on mocking them that she doesn't see the faintly glinting lines going across the finish. She barely even has time to feel it; there's a sickening slicing noise as the wire goes straight through her and she runs for a few more feet before her body realises she has left the top half of her head at the finish. Seconds later, her body crumbles into several slices. Monokuma picks up her decapitated head and giggles, "And that is how you stay a-HEAD of the competition!"
